On beer serving’s cutting edge: Jack Schachter

Tony Russo : March 8, 2017 10:29 pm : Todcast

This week on the Todcast, our beer and bar correspondent, Jack Schachter was on fresh from the OCHRMA show with all sorts of mind-blowing news about trends in the beer wine and liquor market. His company, AC Beverage of the Eastern Shore has been working with Dogfish Head to reimagine what beer might taste like. He talks about a barrel system that uses actual barrels to change the beer’s character after it has reached its destination.
And that’s almost the least interesting thing we discuss. In fact, we had such a blast that I forgot to get his photo, so I used a picture of Todd for this one instead.
