Technical difficulties

Tony Russo : July 7, 2017 11:33 am : Todcast

It was one of those weeks. This is the second of three podcasts that got screwed up this week. It’s OK but apologies in advance. The audio is a tad wonky, and it gets cut at the end. Other than that, though…
If you’ve have something to promote or just want to share your  Eastern Shore experiences on the show and are free on a Wednesday afternoon, reach out to Tony.

Todd goes high

Tony Russo : July 2, 2017 7:02 pm : Todcast

On last week’s Todcast, Todd was missing and Tony took the opportunity to take a bunch of cheap-shots. Todd, in the spirit of non-escalation, takes the high road in Tony’s absence this week. Co-host Jeff Smith talks about being murdered and Terrestrial Radio correspondent DJ Wood talks manual impalement. And that’s just the basics.

The poor man’s Barbados

Tony Russo : June 21, 2017 11:06 pm : Todcast

Todd was away this week, so we had power-couple Stephanie Fowler (of So What’s Your Story fame) and Patty Gregorio, tech correspondent pinch hit. We discovered that people were awful before we had the technology to know it and that the North Carolina beaches are the poor man’s Barbados. This episode is sponsored by the N.C. Department of Tourism.

There is too much…

Tony Russo : June 15, 2017 1:36 am : Todcast

The third act of The Princess Bride begins with Inigo telling The Man in Black: “Let me explain. No, there is too much. Let me sum up…” This show is like that.
Todd was so obviously offended at the notion that he might actually listen to the show that we got a new intro. Tony told an off-mic joke about demanding people tell him why they are inferior, forgot, and then brought it up in the middle of a conversation apropos of nothing. Stephanie did a Pinocchio impression, left, and then came running back to talk about how awesome boobs are.
Like and subscribe, kids.

Dan knows Dogfish

Tony Russo : June 8, 2017 2:47 pm : Todcast

This week, Tony is MIA, but Todd and Natalee have it completely covered. They interview Day Ryan of Dogfish head about the big changes at the brewpub, what it’s like selling Dogfish Head beer all over the region and how he sees beer (my guess is pretty positively).

Todcast: The Soap Opera

Tony Russo : June 1, 2017 10:13 am : Todcast

This show was sponsored, in part, by Uncle Jon’s Soaps, which makes it kind of a soap opera. By “Sponsored” we really just mean that Uncle Jon, our regular correspondent, brought us some soap that he made. Naturally, we talk fight club, beer and how awesome Roadie Joe’s can be.

Origin stories

Tony Russo : May 25, 2017 9:15 pm : Todcast

This week, Natalee DeHart pinch hits for Tony who was out doing super-secret beer stuff. The pair are joined by Bar correspondent Jack Schachter to talk about things all Ocean City and surrounding areas. Todd also reveals the cryptic signoff we’ve been using for the last five-ish years, so you definitely wanna stay tuned in until the end.

In this week’s episode Todd and Tony speak with Pen and Ink correspondent Stephanie Fowler about the book festival in Salisbury, the new nature of fame and whether she really would spray Febreeze on protestors.
